1. Can I place a parts order by phone?

You can place an order four different ways.

  • Order Online.
  • Email you order to sales@advancedmarineparts.com.
  • Call our toll free number 888-981-6403.
  • You may also fax your order to 251-981-6435.


2. Do you sell obsolete parts?

We carry a large inventory of obsolete and difficult to find parts.  If you don’t see the part you’re looking for on the website, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you with locating your part.



3. How does your free shipping for orders over $75 work?

UPS Ground shipping is free for orders over $75.00 (some restrictions apply). Free shipping offers are only valid within the continental U.S.



4. How many years have you been in business?

Our brick and mortar store, located in Orange Beach, Alabama has been a fixture in the boating cummunity since 1986. 



5. What are your opening hours?

Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00PM CST.



6. What is your return policy?
Advanced Marine will gladly accept returns for un-used parts within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and all instruction manuals, warranty paperwork, etc. must be returned. There are no returns for special order items or electronics.

Please notify us immediately of parts that were damaged in shipment or of any errors with your order. For damaged parts, file a claim with the shipper and send you a replacement, identical part.

Please contact us via phone or email us at orders@advancedmarineparts.com for a RMA. All returns must have a copy of the original invoice and the RMA number. Refund issued for invoiced price, minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility. Refunds will not be issued for damaged merchandise.

7. What is your shipping policy?

Shipping time will be based upon the availability of the items in our warehouse.  Parts orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00pm CST Monday through Friday will normally be shipped same day.  Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.  Expedited shipping is available via UPS next day air, second day air, etc.



8. What products do you offer?

We currently offer a full line of Volvo Penta parts.  We are adding parts to the website daily, so if you don't see the part you're looking for, email us or give us a call.  We will be happy to help locate your parts.
