What is your return policy?

Advanced Marine will gladly accept returns for un-used parts within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and all instruction manuals, warranty paperwork, etc. must be returned. There are no returns for special order items or electronics.

Please notify us immediately of parts that were damaged in shipment or of any errors with your order. For damaged parts, file a claim with the shipper and send you a replacement, identical part.

Please contact us via phone or email us at for a RMA. All returns must have a copy of the original invoice and the RMA number. Refund issued for invoiced price, minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility. Refunds will not be issued for damaged merchandise.
